The modularity of the WALL series allows for straight, L-shaped, and U-shaped designs of any size. The main and side work surfaces are 1000 mm deep, allowing for comfortable placement of monitors, equipment, and large-format documentation.
The table has a rigid, static frame and can be assembled and disassembled indefinitely thanks to metal-to-metal fastening. The support is a complex 140 mm wide frame with structural profile inserts to create rounded corners. The interior of the support is a multifunctional frame to which the crossbar, 19-inch socket strips, and LED lighting are attached. A distinct advantage is the through-holes in the base for the invisible entry of both low-voltage and high-voltage cables. Access to the support is through a removable cover with neodymium magnets. Each support is equipped with four wide pads to accommodate uneven floors or height adjustments of 25 mm. The crossbar rigidly connects the supports and serves as a cable channel. On both sides, the crossbar is complemented by hinged folding covers secured in the closed position by neodymium magnets. The crossbar has numerous openings for cable routing and a 1U socket for installing additional 19-inch power strips. The crossbar's placement prevents it from interfering with the operator's knees. A perforated panel can be installed along the front as an option to conceal the under-desk space. The Interpoon powder coating is applied robotically for a uniform coat.
An optimal option is a tabletop made of three-layer 25 mm EGGER laminated chipboard with an E1 emission rating, covered with 0,7 mm HPL plastic from Abbet Laminati. The adhesive layer creates a permanent composite. The tabletop is protected along the perimeter by 2 mm REHAU PVC edging. Attachment to the table frame is via metal-to-metal bushings. The tabletop is equipped with aluminum access panels with a hinged lid and a brush for convenient connection of additional equipment.
The fully adaptive arms are an integral part of the workstation and are attached to the tabletop using an anodized aluminum rail. An adapter serves as a connecting element for mounting the arm anywhere. The arm itself is modular and can be expanded in functionality by adding a SWITCH rail for mounting two monitors vertically. The adjustment allows for monitors weighing from 2,5 to 11 kg. The arm is equipped with an integrated cable channel. The kinematics of the arm are designed so that the lower edge of the monitor can be flush with the work surface. The following monitor placement options are possible for a U-shaped workstation: - 7 24-inch monitors in a single row - 14 24-inch monitors in two rows by adding a SWITCH rail
For convenience and at the customer's request, the countertop can be equipped with built-in power outlets and a contactless inductive charger for the latest gadgets.
A distinct advantage of the WALL series is its rail-mounted monitor mount system, eliminating the need for awkward and cumbersome clamps. Monitors can be moved by simply loosening the bolt-and-nut system along the extruded aluminum profile to any convenient position, and a special adapter manufactured in-house allows customers to choose any mount they desire.
The frame base allows the work surface to accommodate any number of equipment and monitors in one or two rows, depending on the specific needs of each dispatcher. A custom design allows for customization at the ordering stage. Storage systems can be selected according to the technical specifications.
