The NOX EVO series of control room furniture is a functional suite of modular modules for 24/7/365 operation. These automated workstations are designed for operator stations at oil refineries and industrial facilities with continuous monitoring of technical processes.
When developing the NOX EVO series, we focused not only on modern design but also on the overall reliability of the structure. The supports are made of double-stacked, reinforced structural aluminum extrusions with cross-sections of 50x50 and 50x100 mm, with a utility niche for convenient entry and wiring. The supports are connected by a functional crossarm with a hinged panel mounted with neodymium magnets. The crossarm's dimensions and functionality allow for the installation of a large number of electrical cables, outlet blocks, and KVM transmitters. Additionally, the crossarm has a 19-inch, 1U high utility connector on the rear, allowing for the installation of an additional outlet block with high-current or low-current power.
For added convenience, the countertops are equipped with hinged hatches with brushed inserts for installing direct-access power outlets and running cables from phones, keyboards, and mice. Connecting various gadgets is done at arm's length without any additional body movement.
The monitors are mounted and secured using VESA adapters located on a horizontal rail made of reinforced structural profile with adjustable height. The eye-to-monitor distance is precisely calculated, and the monitor's angle can be adjusted. Each rail includes a cable channel through which the monitor cables enter the support via a round bracket. A solid or perforated screen can be installed on the rear side if the workstation is located opposite a window.
Since the product line is designed for control rooms, we included a panel for installing emergency push-button relays and auxiliary indicators. We can custom-build a panel with electronic equipment of any complexity upon customer request. A light column with an audible signal can be installed to indicate an emergency.
Stylized perforated doors with locks ensure a favorable climate and the timely removal of hot air from the equipment compartment. Forced ventilation can be installed on both ends of the 19-inch racks for intensive heat removal. Variable side support designs can accentuate a corporate style.
The functionality allows you to equip the technological niche with a variety of fixed and pull-out shelves for additional equipment. The console's dimensions and design can be customized to suit the architecture and size of the technological space without compromising the ergonomics and reliability of the automated workstation.
